Orders may take 24-48 hours to process (or longer, on average 48-72 hours, during peak seasons/holidays). Orders placed after 11pm PST on Friday, may not go out until the following Monday. Some carriers/areas exclude Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Delays within our shipping partners are beyond our control. FEDEX published its COVID-19 response here, UPS published its COVID-19 response here, while USPS is following guidelines published by the CDC - response here.
To request expedited delivery, please submit an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to troubleshoot any shipping questions. Depending on time of day, or weekends, expedited shipping may possibly go out the following day or that Monday for pick up. This may mean an overnight delivery can take up to 2-3+ days before an item is scanned for pick up and delivery.
