Refund Policy
LaserAway Beauty products, except prescription (Rx) products, may be returned up to 30 days following your receipt of the product, subject to pre-return validation and approval by LaserAway.
LaserAway Beauty Rx products are not returnable and we do not provide refunds for them. State and Federal law prohibit the return of prescription medication. This ensures that the medication is maintained properly and has not been tampered with. If the pharmacy receives your order back, they are required to make sure it is properly discarded. Do not throw away unused or expired drugs. Do not flush down the toilet or pour down the drain unless you are told to do so by your healthcare provider. Check with your pharmacist if you have questions on the best way to throw away your medication. There may be take-back programs in your area.
HOW TO RETURN ONLINE:

product@labeauty.com for a return shipping label. $10 will be deducted for the shipping from the return amount.
RETURNING AT A LASERAWAY LOCATION:

Bring your return to your nearest LaserAway location and tell them you ordered online, showing proof of purchase
(order slip or email with order number) and provide the email address and phone number used for the order.
- Items returned at a LaserAway location may take 24 business hours to process.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- Please inspect your online orders for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Some wear is normal; however, if damage has occurred to your items due to the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately at product@labeauty.com. Please provide the order number and a photo of the occurrence/damage.
ORDER PROCESSING:
- Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days, Monday - Friday. Orders may be processed the same day if submitted before 9 am PST. Excludes weekends and major holidays. Orders placed over the weekends/holidays are placed the next business day. LaserAway/LaserAway Beauty is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by default of the shipping carrier. LaserAway/LaserAway Beauty is responsible for orders only until they leave the fulfillment center warehouse facility. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
- Standard processing time takes approximately 24-72 hours to process; business days excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping TIME FRAME: 3-7 business days (excludes weekends/major holidays).
ORDER STATUS:
- Order status is sent to customers via provided email. Some carriers may not show tracking information for up to 24-72 hours after the tracking has been assigned and/or has shipped.
LOST ORDERS:

If you have a lost/stolen order, please reach out to
product@labeauty.com and provide details along with the items missing and the Order number. Replacements are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of labeauty.com. A signature is required for reshipped items.
ITEM AVAILABILITY:
- If an item is out of stock at the time of your order or usual subscription occurrence, you will be notified via your provided email and will not be charged until the item is back in stock and ships. Exclusive promotional skincare kits are excluded if the item has sold out, and the subscription promotional item(s) will be removed from the order and processed.
- Occasionally items in an order placed on labeauty.com are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
- Item not available.
- Shipping information not valid.
- Payment errors.
- If you have any issues with an online order, please get in touch with
product@labeauty.com.
CANCELED SUBSCRIPTIONS:
- Subscriptions must be canceled prior to receiving the next shipment. Refunds will not be issued for subscription cancellations once the product has shipped.
SPLIT PACKAGES:
- LA BEAUTY RX
- labeauty.com Rx orders come from a third-party pharmacy. Your Rx will arrive as a separate package.
- LA BEAUTY PRODUCTS
- Based on item availability for standard beauty products, your package may arrive in separate packages if processed from available inventory inside LaserAway locations. Tracking will be sent for any split packages to the email provided.
